Chef Tim Cushman and co-owner and sake sommelier Nancy Cushman are excited to regale us with their world class Japanese cuisine in March of 2010. We will be enjoying their Omaskae or Chef’s Choice dinner of 15-17 courses paired with 6-7 sakes over several nights at a special 14 seat Boston Chaine table.
