Take a break from winter and join us in Sunny Mexico!
Chef Erwin Ramos’ Olé Mexican Grill serves not simply great Mexican food but some of the finest world cuisine to be found in Boston. He hosted a Boston Chaine dinner in 2007 and this encore performance will be a night not to be missed.
Mescal is the name for distilled agave liquor made throughout Mexico. Tequila is a regional variety thereof. We will be tasting Mescals from around Mexico with various courses of Chef Ramos’ delicious offerings.

Wear your sombrero, as this will be a night to remember.

Holiday Gala

Sunday, December 6, 2009

This dinner was another sellout!

Boston superstar Chef Lydia Shire and partner Paul Licari treated us to one of the finest dinners in recent memory.

officers&partners

From the house cured smoked salmon at the raw bar (below) to the cracked crab and lydiasalmontangerine souffle to the 2006 Gevery Chambertin served with the cheese course to the incredible “Favorite Pavola” of dessert, each dish was more delightful than the last.
This venerable Boston institution is a bright shining star and one well worth visiting again and again.

There were a few postprandial cigar smokers as well.
