Our events showcase the best that Boston has to offer in Culinary Adventure.
Founded in 1248 by King Louis IX as a guild of goose roasters to the royalty and aristocracy.
Refounded in 1950 as this "Societe Gastronomique" La Chaîne is the world's largest gastronomique organization with over 60,000 members in more than 100 countries.
The U.S. Bailliage is home to over 120 Bailliages with more than 5,500 members.
