Le Chapître de Nöel ~ Induction Gala

Meritage at The Boston Harbor Hotel

The Golden Goose was paraded and feasted upon in the inestimable, and world renowned, Boston tradition as new members joined our ranks.  The Traditional Chaîne induction ceremony, with all the pomp and regalia,  preceded a sumptuous Champagne Tasting Reception* with dinner served in the Meritage Restaurant. Our Bonne Bouche for the evening, Vice Conselier Culinaire Executive Chef Daniel Bruce planned a wonderful menu for us with seasonal specialties and a preview of some special wines from his upcoming 2018 Boston Wine Festival.

Additionally, the David Berman Memorial Wine Auction raised over $3000 in funds for the Boston Chaîne Rebecca Alssid Wine Scholarship at Boston University. 

*Special Thanks to Ruby Wine for their Generous Donation of Champagnes
