When Asta’s award winning Chef Owner Alex Crabb suggested we do a VEGETARIAN TASTING DINNER the future was clear! Sustainable plant focused gastronomy is the wave of the future as exemplified by multiple starred Michelin recent menu updates.
Asta’s style of Culinary Adventure is particularly suited to our Chaîne format as each course is both a work of art and a party on a plate!!!
That this is the FOURTH BOSTON CHAÎNE event they’ve hosted is a testment to their skill and endeavor.
A tour de force tasting menu depending on Chef Crabb’s take on seasonal availability with scintillating parings will make this an evening to remember - Prepare to be amazed!!!
