Maître Hôtelier Carlos Bueno welcomes The triumphal return of The Golden Goose as we celebrate 55 years of gastronomy and welcome new members into our ranks at a magical location both brand new and familiar

The traditional Boston Chaîne induction ceremony will precede a  reception followed by our  holiday feast in the newly renovated Garden Room over looking The Public Gardens – what was once the Ritz Dining Room

Executive Chef Matt Eckfeld and his team have put together a spectacular menu with all the Chaîne trappings from caviar to truffles

This evening will begin with 

the Induction at 6:00 PM

reception and dinner will follow

Dress – Formal – Black Tie with Ribbons
