A Chef’s Table Dinner
The Boston Chaîne 2023 Season’s Pentulitimate event is a special tour of Basque Cuisine with Chef Tracy Chang of Pagu.
A semi-finalist in the 2023 James Beard Outstanding Restaurant category Pagu has hosted two previous Boston Chaîne events - shortly after opening in 2017 and a memorable “First Time Back” in 2020 outside on their patio.
Seated at the Counter fronting the open kitchen we will enjoy Pinxtos and myriad Basque specialties paired with beverages from the region.
Chef Tracy received a prized scholarship to stage with Chef Martin Berasatequi at his eponymous Three Star Michelin property in San Sebastian – one of the brightest lights in the Basque Culinary Constellation - and is currently leading culinary tours of the region so we are in for an amazing evening!
This event shall begin at 6:00 PM
